We are renting our dream house in Seabreeze residence in genuine fishing vilage Mae Phim, Rayong province in Thailand, about 180 km from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport. Koh Samet and several other islands is just outside. Rent a waterscooter and discover islands yourself. It is close to few golf courses.

The house is 104 sqm in size. Newly furnished. There are 3 bedrooms - two double bedrooms with king size beds and wardrobes and one single room with 2 single 105 cm width single beds, together with open plan livingroom with a kitchen and dining area.

As well you will find large furnished terrace of 50 sqm under the roof  where you can have breakfast in the morning and enjoy lovely evenings in the candle light with a glass of wine.

Aproximately 50 meters away from the house is a large pool area with children's pool and restaurant and it is only 150 meters to the beautiful 3 km long sandy beach that invites you to swim and leisurely walk or if you feel like - sport run. Various water sports such as windsurfing, waterscooter and banana ride are available on the beach.

- Internet - 1150 THB/month. If you order internet, hundreds of films for adults and kids as well as music channels will be included.

- Kitchen is equipped  with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, micro, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker and etc. ,so there is no problems to cook your desired food at home if you like.

- There is an AC in every room.

- Laundry room with a washing machine.

- Hot water in the bathrooms and in the kitchen.

- The territory is closed and guarded day and night.

- Area is well maintained and our neighbours are  kind and  friendly.

- Towels and linens are included in the price. If you want extra cleaning or laundry service under your staying, you can order it.

- Baby beds and chairs are available to rent and you can order them in advance.

 

When you live in such a house in Thailand, you don't need to think about any details - it is like staying in hotel, but much better. All possible service such a taxi, laundry and cleaning service, speed boats, car, motorbike and bicycle rent are available. There are many fantastic genuine Thai fish and seafood restaurants in the village, but you can also find restaurants serving from pizza and takos, from schnitzel to German bratwurst.  There are usually food that children like in most places. Many restaurants have free "pick up" service from/to the house. "Home food delivery" is also available. It's just a call away. In the village you can also find mini markets, bakery, seafood market, coffee shops, , hairdresser's, tailor shops, clothing store, massage places, ATM.

No smoking in the house.

Electricity consumption is NOT included in the price and has to be paid at "check out" day.

Transportation from/to airport can be booked if required.

Our local host will prepare the house for your coming and will meet you at the house on the day of arrival.

 

Those who are looking for "full moon party", go-go bars and other similar entertainment, should probably search for another more developed tourist places.
